If you subscribe to the newsletter, we process your email address and the language of your subscription for a single purpose: to send you offers, news and tips about La Casa de Allá and its surroundings. If you write to us through the contact form or start a booking request, we process the data you provide (name, email, phone and your message or dates) to answer your enquiry or manage your booking.

The legal basis for sending the newsletter is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the form checkboxes. Answering enquiries and managing bookings are based on your request and the pre-contractual or contractual relationship.
How long we keep your data
We keep your email on the newsletter list until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent. Enquiry and booking data are kept for as long as necessary to handle them and comply with our legal obligations.
Recipients
To provide the service we rely on technology providers acting as data processors (for example, hosting and email services from Amazon Web Services and Google). We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
Your rights

Unsubscribing from the newsletter
